How it works
FleetFlow connects the three things that usually live apart: dispatch, the driver on the road, and the accounts. Operators turn customer orders into multi-stop trips and assign vehicles and drivers. Drivers work from an offline-first app that stamps every milestone with time and GPS, from accepting the trip and loading at the depot to arriving on site, unloading and exiting. Arrivals only register inside the site's geofence, and an invoice is captured for every drop. Vouchers, expenses and freight rates then roll up into profit-and-loss and trip-profitability reports. It was built first for fuel tankers and works for any fleet.
