NDMS is built for companies that grow by opening new locations. A proposed site enters as an application, from the field app or the web, and then moves through screening, feasibility (traffic and trade counts, volume and financial estimates), approvals and agreements, layouts and drawings, documents and government NOCs, construction and commissioning, until it is inaugurated. Each stage has its own forms, documents and owners. The dashboard shows how many sites sit in each stage, which ones are overdue and how each regional manager's pipeline is moving.
